Text Box: Our facility consists of 12,000 square feet of shop and office space.  Here we provide ongoing training for our technicians and staff utilizing a variety of service, manufacturer, and technical programs.  Our programs cover a wide variety of topics as well as O.S.H.A. regulations regarding proper inspections, servicing and repair of material handling equipment.            We service customers located in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, and New York.  We have a trained staff of technicians, inspectors, salesman, and office personnel geared to provide the highest level of service to our customers.            Due to OCE’s experience and familiarity with a wide variety of equipment, we are able to provide many replacement parts available from our suppliers who supply discount pricing on components and parts to service companies; thereby, resulting in considerable cost savings to our customers.           OCE provides consulting to customers to develop specifications for bid as well as complete turnkey projects.  Routine work is that which is scheduled  in regard to availability of manpower, materials, and time acceptable to customer’s needs.  Emergency work takes priority by its nature of need and its critical impact to safety and the customer’s needs for production commitments.  Response time would be “immediate” to A.S.A.P. within a time frame of 2-3 hours.
